I am hopeful that the new gluten free label can be effective as well as encourage companies to make gluten free products. I am allergic to wheat and usually buy gluten free products to make sure I avoid wheat. I am hopeful when a product uses vinegar that it states if wheat was in the process on not. A celiac sufferer can tolerate distilled vinegar with wheat because gluten is removed in the distilling process, however the wheat allergen is not. Thank you for you time.
