| As a celiac, I strongly support a gluten regulation that will allow me to determine which foods are relatively safe for me to consume. Do not go overboard and require the label to be "gluten free" with no tolerance as that will defeat my ability to eat safely as most companies will not want to risk litigation from our sue happy culture. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
