| Per Docket #2005N-0279, "Gluten-Free" on a label means to me that the product contains no amounts of Wheat, Rye, Oats or Barley. Currently if a product is not labeled, I must call the Company that produces the product to determine if it is Gluten Free. This is a time consuming process for me and my family. When I choose between two products with the same ingredients, I will always choose the product that is marked "gluten- free". | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
