GENERAL
A month into being told I have Celiac Spru, has just sent my life in a spin. I spend so much of my time on the phone, reading labels and searching for Gluten-free products to eat. I work full time and take care of two children and this is hard. I need assistance to be able to trust what is written on labels and to be able to understand the meaning of all the incrediants. I will purchases any product that has labeled "Gluton Free" on the label easy to read. I don't understand why wheat has to be put in so many products. vegie burgers, I thought I was eating healthy. I will slowly killing myself after I realized they have wheat in them. Even a system of 2 or more levels of defininiton would help. I need groceries to put these products all together. Going to a store takes hours longer to read everything. In the freezer section, pasta section, snack section, cerial section....It is so overwhelming and we need assistance. More product with wheat free and Gluten-free, easy labels to read, sectioned together. Thank for any assistance.
