| Gluten-free, Wheat free-Labels should state if product contains wheat, milk, soy, peanuts or if product may contain these items due to processing or other food items.
Clairfication of food source for terms: example / "modified food starch", "hydroliesed protien" etc. should be stated on food labels. Gluten-free labels should mean no wheat,barley or cross-contamination. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
