| Since my diagnosis in 2002 of Celiac Disease, my life is consumed with label reading. Some indredients are not readily known to be gluten-free by reading the label. I always go by "If in doubt, leave it out", so having gluten free on the label would help me very much. I also believe that having "gluten-free' listed on a label does influence my decision to purchase that product. I like the fact that the research has already been done for me. My health depends on the fact that I must be gluten-free for the rest of my life.
This is not something that is not going to go away, ever, so I must continue to be on the look out for gluten-free products - Forever.
