| My 4 year old son has celiac disease. It would be EXTREMELY helpful to have any food with gluten in it labeled. Currently, I read through the ingreidients on a label and try to determine if any would contain gluten. I spend much more time now shopping to determine if foods I am buying may contain gluten. For my son, probably 20% of the items I putchase for him are actually labeled gluten free. The rest I am assuming are gluten free either by gluten free lists or calling manufacturers to double check and then documenting for my records that they currenlty are gluten free. If a product is labeled gluten-free it definately influences my decision to purchase it because then I know I am safe in buying it.
