FDA Docket # 2005N-0279 Ref: Details in Federal Register Vol. 70 No.137 ?Gluten Free? on a label must meat that product does not contain any gluten. Even a trace makes me sick. I have celiac disease. I check ingredients in every food product I buy. A ?Gluten free? label would save me time shopping. ?Gluten free? on a label makes my life much easier.
