| As a mother of a child with a wheat intolerance, labeling food as gluten free or wheat free would simplify my life so much. I spend a lot of time at the grocery store trying to read labels and find thing that she can eat. If something is already labeled gluten free or wheat free I will buy it at least once just to try it. If two similar products are side by side in the grocery store I will purchase the one that is labeled gluten free every time. When it is labeled I know I do not have to spend my time reading labels and deciphering what the terms mean. If something is labeled gluten free, I think it should not contain any gluten. When it is marked that I am under the impression I can give it to my daughter with no adverse affects. My life would be made much simpler if companies would label all of their products.
Thank you for listening.
