Gluten-Free must mean free of ALL traces of gluten. No X or Y percentage of gluten inclusion should be considered Gluten-Free. This is a very difficult diet to follow and we need some absolute "safe food" that is without question free of all gluten whether directly included, traces included from other food processing, or from any of the countless deriviatives.
