Please consider the Australian Legislation when formulating the new Gluten Free Labelling.  It can be found at:

No doubt these two sections can be improved on with further discussion.



Because a lot of Americans visit Australia and a lot of Australians visit the USA it would be very helpful to coeliacs (celiacs!) to have similar standards.
