Please consider the Australian Legislation when formulating the new Gluten Free Labelling. It can be found at: http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/_srcfiles/Standard_1_2_8_Nutrition_Info_v75.pdf in Section 16 on page 18. The other Australian Requirements relating to allergens are found at: http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/_srcfiles/ACFA91C.pdf in table 4 No doubt these two sections can be improved on with further discussion. Because a lot of Americans visit Australia and a lot of Australians visit the USA it would be very helpful to coeliacs (celiacs!) to have similar standards. Alan Cocks | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
