| Gluten-Free labelling on food will help me to figure out which foods I can consume without worry that when it says "wheat-free" they aren't just using another grain, that contains gluten as well. This is a common misconception with many people, that just because it says "wheat-free" it's okay, when in reality, the manufacturers are using another grain which also contain gluten.
Gluten-free labelling or "not-gluten-free" would be a wonderful help to all those who are gluten intolerant.
