| My 5 year old daughter and I both have Celiac Disease and are dependent on the accuracy of food labeling in order to determine what is safe for us to eat. Even the tiniest molecule of gluten makes us ill, so there needs to be some form of accountability for those manufacturers who label gluten free but still contain possible cross contamination from other products. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
