| In that I am wheat intolerant, gluten free labeling is of great interest and help. I encourage you to assure that manufacturers who process gluten free products in places that also process wheat products be required to say so in a clearly visible way. This cross-contamination and lack of noticable, if any, labeling has been the most difficult problem in finding safe food to eat.
While I recognize that wheat intolerance and gluten intolerance are not identical, consistant gluten free processing and labeling guidelines would be of great help to me and others like me. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
