| I'm writing to express concerns re: Gluten-Free Labeling of Foods. I am very allergic to wheat and all by-products containing wheat. I have had one anaphylactic reaction and have been hospitalized twice. It is detrimental for me, that products are not being labeled properly. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
