| I urge you on behalf of everyone who has any any intolerance to wheat or gluten to pass this bill and make shopping easier for them by enabling the use of a 'gluten free' label. It is extremely time consuming to find foods that are truly gluten free. Since it is very harmful to people with Celiac Disease if gluten is ingested,causing damage to their inestinal tract, these labels would make life so much easier and enable better health.
