The items should be free of wheat, rye,flour & barley because the health & life of celiac patients depend on it.We have to read all labels & it can take hours grocery shopping.The amount of gluten free foods are limited & not all grocery stores have a 'health food section'.If they do have gluten-free products they are very expensive.Gluten free printed on a product label does not influence my decision to purchase products having the same ingredients, because of hidden gluten in the products. I onlt trust products labeled gluten-free. My life & health depends on it.
