| 1. Gluten free on a label should mean, wheat free and free of all ingredients which contain food celiac's cannot consume.
2.It takes hours to food shop when you have to read everything in a product over and over again. It's also very easy to miss something when you have to do this. 3.over 50% of my food purchased are gluten free 4.most people only buy products that say gluten free because it is very easy to miss something in a product which causes an attack. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
