| Celiac Disease is unique because a consumer's most important need is good information to make a decision on what to eat. Simple to use on the consumer's part. The main drawback on the part of a manufacturer is simply to get it set-up and labeled. Once diagnosed,It doesn't require expense from the consumer such as
medicine hospital etc. The alternative, on my part would have been life in a wheelchair and eventually becoming a burden on society. Now 19 years since my diagnosis I have been able to work every day. The new labeling law will make my food choices more safer | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
