| I have Celiac disease, and it is becoming more common. Please help us with Celiac disease by making it easier to purchase products, knowing they will be safe for us.
1. 'Gluten Free' should mean that are no wheat, oats, barley or rye products of ANY kind in the product-including preservatives, additives, thickners, flavorers, etc.
2. To identify foods without gluten, I have to read thru the long (and small print) ingredients' list. It takes at least 1 minute for each product.
3. I would say that only about 5% of the products which I purchase, say 'gluten free'.
4. If a product says 'gluten free', I will be much more inclined to buy products with those same ingredients.
