I would like to see "Gluten Free" in large type on the front of the package-ideally. However havign the packge labelled gluten free is so important. There are many foods we don't buy because it isn't clear. Even when we read the ingredient list having it labelleg "gluten free" is the sale.
If an item is not labelled gluten free I will purchase only those items that have simple ingredient lists..I can't risk it having gluten in some ingredient that sounds like it is from a chemistry set.
Furthermore my children need the freedom to buy and eat foods that are safe..current labelling limits their choices
