| I would like the FDA to limit Gluten-Free to 10ppm. I do not want there to be a double standard for foods rendered GF. I buy specialty baking products labeled GF, mainstream products from companies who have the policy to not hide gluten on their labels(ie. Kraft, Hormel etc.) I call or e- mail on other products and also use the verified list from the Delphi Forum. This does take a lot of time, especially when I was first diagnosed last year.
I do tend to buy products labeled GF over those that are not. It will be wonderful to find foods marked Gluten-Free and to be able to trust that it
really is. Once again I ask that you limit Gluten-Free to 10ppm. Also it should be mandatory that if a product contains oats that it be labeled so, even if the product meets the 10ppm limit.
