| Gluten Free should mean that ther product is totally free of wheat, rye, barley and oats. Why? Because people who have celiac disease are allergic to these products.
A tremendous amount of time is spent reading labels to ascertain that a product is gluten free.
A few items in large grocery store fails to be 1% that is marked glueten free.
I would certainly feel more safe buying products that are marked gluten and would certainly buy them over the ones which I had to pour over the label to try to determine if it is safe for me.
