| 1) "Gluten-Free" should be gluten free without any trace amounts.
2)Time spent identify foods--hours per month, except in speciality health food
3) I've only found "gluten Free" labels in specialty health food stores.
4) Does label influence purchase: definitely. I'll try something new quicker that has that label than taking time to read ingredients usually. Grocery shopping takes too much times as is without having to read every label. I know some foods have changed ingredients and added wheat without special notice. I didn't realize at that time that I'd have to always read the labels in case of such a change. Now I do.
