GENERAL
My nephew has celiac disease and their is a chance that my infant daughter could as well. It is essential for their health and mental well being that they eat properly. My nephew's health has improved greatly since being diagnosed with celiac and altering his diet. If our family did not have the ability to see to it that we were preparing foods for him that were Gluten Free he would continue to be a sick little boy. In addition, he now feels "safe" that family members (not only his parents) can prepare safe foods for him that will not make him sick. If foods are not marked "Gluten Free" going forward, how will we know how to prepare foods for him? Please continue to mark foods "Gluten Free" as I am sure there are many other families that are in need of this marking.
