| Please use the standard for gluten free -- "less than 200 ppm". I spend at least one hour a week reading labels carefully in grocery stores to be sure there is no hidden wheat. It is not very clear and I become very ill when I mistakenly ingest wheat or gluten based products. When I DO find labels saying "gluten free", I am more likely to purchase similar products with the label.
PLEASE help..... this is a growing problem as allergies to food and other things in our environment occur more and more frequently. Thank you. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
