GENERAL
GENERAL
1)Gluten free should mean the product is not produced with or in a facility that uses wheat, oats barely, or rye. 2)I identify gluten free products by directly contacting manufactures. On average I spend an hour a week on the internet or phone doing so. 3) Very few foods, maybe 2 to 3% are labeled gluten free. Product types vary. My personal opinion is that meat products are some of the few products labeled 'gluten free' 4)A product being labeled 'gluten free' greatly influences if I bye a product to a very great extent.
