| I would really love if food labels told you if it contained gluten because I could safely use the product and buy more of the product knowing it doesn't contain gluten. Currently, none of the food items that we purchase in commercial grocery stores are marked "gluten free" (Dominck's, Jewel). However, when I shop for my family at Trader Joe's, or Whole Foods Market, I am pleased to see food items marked clearly "Gluten Free". Also, Trader Joe's and Whole Food's have a list of gluten free items available in their stores which keeps me returning to these stores on a regular basis. In conclusion, by clearly identifying foods containing gluten, I can trust that my two children will be able to maintain a gluten free diet throughout their lives and live a healthier life.
