We have 4 members in our family that are gluten intolerant and feel the labeling should be clarified. Gluten Free is Gluten Free I do not understand why we would have a 'almost gluten free' and a 'gluten free'. If I understand it correctly Canada has had a 20 PPM standard for a while. Is there a reason why we can not dove tail off their standard and learn from their years of offering it to people that are gluten intolerant?
