Labeling food as to gluten containing ingredients would be very helpful to all of us who cannot have any rye, wheat, barley, and oats in our foods. I believe all foods should be clearly marked when any of the eight allergy ingredients are present. Gluten is hidden in many products making it tricky not to consume any. For example, malt comes from barley and is therefore prohibited. Thank you, Dale Seggebruch ( I have celiac sprue).
