RE: Food Allergen Labeling & Consumer Protection Act

1. What 'GLUTEN-FREE' on a food label means to me is that I am able to make safe food choices.

2. Even though some foods may seem acceptable, such as rice or corn cereals, these cereals may contain gluten.

3. I sometimes call manufacturers to ask what products they sell that are 'gluten-free.'

4. When I am in doubt- I DO NOT buy it. 'GLUTEN-FREE' influences my decision to purchase all products.

5. 48 years ago my doctor at Mayo clinic told me, 'We are trying to get better food labeling.'

6. Please consider the babies and young children. It is so dificult for them.

Thank you. Anything you can do will be appreciated.
