| 1. I would like to see gluten-free on any food products that do not contain "any form" of gluten. Some patients are more sensitive than others and still the ones that aren't are being affected by a small degree of gluten.
2. How Do I identify foods....I do most all of my own cooking and use only natural or fresh foods. Too much time is wasted in trying to identify foods, plus the products in them.
3. There are very few products marked "Gluten Free". I buy 95% of mine at a Health Food Store. I would like to see more dressings for salads.
4. Gluten-free" printed on a product label totally influences my decision to purchase a product.
5. I have been diagnosed with Celiac Spruce for almost 30 years. It has been a real challenge for me to eat, and recently realizing I am ingesting gluten from derivitatives on product that are hard to understand.
