| Dear FDA:
As a older American who is gulten intolerant, I would like to be able to clearly read on a label that there is no gluten in the products I use. Having poor eyesight, it is difficult to try and read the small print on labels. Many products which are "gluten free" do not make this known on the product label. It sure would be nice to see it printed.
I don't want to cause companies that produce "gluten free" products now or may do so in the future to have concern over law suits or any civil suits that seem to crop up so frequently anymore. I don't want companies that import these products to be inhibited either. I just want to be able to enjoy what I eat knowing it is "gluten free."
