I have Celiac Disease. I cannot tolerate distilled vinegars from forbidden grains. Neither can I tolerate oats. My life would be much less stressful if the labels were complete with each and every ingredient listed. No one else can tell me that a little bit won't hurt. I order most of my grain products and condiments from gluten-free food sources. If there were no hidden ingredients, it would be easier to shop.
