| In the three years have elapsed since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Finding Gluten-Free Products is a little bit easier. Even the dieticians at the hospitals I was taken to were uninformed about CD menu choices. My husband bought gluten-free cereal and fruit to get me through the day.
The Boston Globe and the NH Sunday News printed articles (from Associated Press) in September on Restaurants that have added gluten free choices on their menus.
However, we need TV coverage and more magazine and newspaper articles to enlighten the public. If it is true that one out of 133 people are known to have CD, think of all the people that are suffering unnessarily.
