I am just letting you know that we celiacs do need much better labeling to ensure we protect our health. I not only cant have the gluten from wheat, rye, barley, and oats, but also soy and corn. It's very difficult to read some labels--all we want is for there to be an allergy listing that states all of these products--it can be done--thank you, Deb
