| As someone who has recently been diagnosed with celiac disease, I can not stress to you how helpful and important it is to label safe foods gluten free. Unless a product is labeled gluten free, or I have been given confirmation from a valid source that it is, I am usually very doubtful if it is safe for me to consume. I am 1 of 3 people in my family that has been diagnosed with celiac in the last 6 months and know this is something we would all find very helpful in our daily lives.
Until you know what it likes to be terrified to eat something because you can't determine what all the ingredients are and if what you are about to eat is going to make you sick; then you can not understand how this would have such a positive effect on everyone living with this disease.
Please consider taking what is such a small step to make life a whole lot easier for so many people.
