| 1. Gluten-free should mean No Gluten, at all, in the product.Totally free of gluten. This will influence my decision to purchase the product.
2.I have spent too much time checking ingredients and then wondering if there is some ingredient in the product that I do not recognize that might contain gluten. When chooseing between products, I look for the 'gluten free' labeling and purchase that product.
3.I do not know the percentage, but know the numbers of labelings are growing. 4. I ONLY select prepared foods that indicate Gluten Free.
5. I would prefer that there be no percentages of gluten, except 0%. Gluten - free should mean TOTALLY gluten free.
My health and well being depends on such labeling. I am happy that this is coming to light.
