| To whom it may concern,
I have Celiac disease. My disease has progressed to the degree that even very small amounts of gluten make me violently ill. Therefore I have great concern and exercise much caution when shoping. It would be beneficial to manufactureres to identify 'gluten free' products so myself and other consumers could purchase more freely. And, of course, for my health.
