I HAVE A WHEAT, BARLEY & OAT ALLERGY AND IT MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER IF THE FOOD ITEM ARE LISTED AS GLUTEN FREE. A SMALL AMOUNT OF ANY OF THESE CAN CAUSE ME TO HAVE A REACTION. GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS ARE VERY HELPFUL.
