I was diagnoised last year with Celiac Disease and food shopping is a challenge. I am so excited when I see a food product specifically marked GLUTEN FREE! I'm still not comfortable reading labels and deciding if an ingredient ilisted could be a hidden source of gluten. Specifically using the words wheat, barley, oats, rye would solve the problem or just stating on the label GLUTEN FREE or NO GLUTEN. I spend alot of time calling manufacturers and sometimes they appear to be quite knowledgeable and others are not giving confusing information, at least for me. It would be most appreciated if you would review the labeling requirements for food manufacturers that would greatly impact many many consumers. Thank You so much.
