| I would like to comment on the Food Labeling discussions currently going on. It is extremely important to me that food products provide labeling that is clear and specific to ingredients that are identified as allergiens and in my specific case, 'gluten'. An alarming number of Americans are finding they are gluten intolerant which causes serious digestive track problems and long term permanent damage to the small intestine. When products are labeled 'gluten free', this should mean that not only is the product free of gluten, it is produced in an environment that is gluten free as cross contamination is also a problem.
Thank You for taking action on this matter.
