 I would like to comment on the Docket #2004D-0343, as a small rural hospital with Critical Access desigination, this is just another example of unneeded testing with just cause that puts undo expense and time into a issue with no significant research of a problem that even needs to be addressed.  Rural hospitals throughout the nation struggle to keep affordable healthcare in frontier areas with high unemployment and medicare/medicaid patients.  Please reconsider having all existing beds checked and solve any issues with mandates on new beds.  Thank you for your consideration.
