I do feel that consumers should have a choice as to whether they choose to eat cloned animal products, just like they have a choice to choose whether the want to eat high sodium, high fat, etc containing products...Therefore I think the FDA should require all such products to be duly noted as such...Its not uncommon for things the FDA has approved to be "safe" to later turn out to be anything but...one never knows on these things...its takes many more years of observation on an issue like this before it can be delared "safe"...personally...I will avoid anything I think even might contain such products...If the purpose of the FDA is to "protect" us, then that includes the protection of knowing what we are ingesting, and allowing us to make this decision with the full facts...
