I think that animal cloning for human consumption is a mistake. I think that the science is too new to fully determine what the potential health effects may be. I am especially disturbed by the fact that the cloning industry believes that cloned animal foods are so safe that "labeling is not necessary." This is riduculous. Again, it is too soon to really know what the health effects of cloned animal (or plant) foods will have on humans. I want a choice, I want to be able to make informed decisions about what I eat and feed my family. To allow cloned animal foods to be put on the market without proper labeling puts the public at risk and should not be allowed.
