| GENERAL | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Food should be consumed in its most natural state; cloned animals are not natural and I should not be subjected to meat or milk from cloned animals or their offspring. The FDA MUST require labeling, clearly stating that the meat/milk comes from a cloned animal or offspring. As a consumer I should be able to know where my food comes from and the production methods used for that food. I will stop eating meat and dairy products if unlabeled cloned meat/milk enters the market place--I believe many other people will as well, thereby hurting the meat/milk industry. If cloning is to be permitted for animals in our food supply, it must be labeled. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
