| I just finished an article written by Bloomberg, Associated Press, CBS News, FDA, New York Times- reprinted in the St. Petersburg Times and I was quite alarmed. I do not want to eat cloned Meat. The article summarized as there was no potential harm to customers we THE CUSTOMERS did not have to be informed of Cloned MEAT. The meat of today does not taste like the meat of
40 years ago, and Tasters and Farmers have obviously decided we don't care what meat tastes like so their idea of good tasting and genetically important features is what we will have. Also, since the almighty dollar is more important than the ethics of choices - since I know of noone who has only eaten cloned meat for 40 years - to tell if there are consequences. I will
if this continues become a vegetarian or get my meat from countries that do not allow cloning. This is my response to docket number 2003N- 0573.
And just so you know the genetics applied to the vegetables and fruits that we now eat also has made them tasteless. I guess that you are just making us ready for artificial food or just pills as the earth becomes more contaminated.
