| I am generally not one to get involved in governmental issues - But I was frightened when I saw the news last night and learned the FDA if considering allowing food products from CLONED animals be introduced into the human food chain - Possibly WITHOUT any special labeling.
There has been very little testing and if I recall correctly - the first cloned sheep (Dolly) only lived a few years.
It generally takes decades for a new medications to reach the market place and then they are distributed by prescription only and monitored closely for any ill effects.
This food will be at our local grocer with no monitoring!!!! What happens to us in five, ten, twenty years when this food if deemed unsafe.
