GENERAL
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I AM TROUBLED MOST BY THE REVILATION THAT THESE PRODUCTS WILL NOT HAVE TO BE LABLED AS "FROM CLONED STOCK". AS I UNDERSTAND IT, THE CLONED LIVESTOCK WILL NOT BE USED BUT, THOSE RENDERINGS OF THEIR OFFSPRING WILL BE OFFERED. EVEN SO,I AM TOLD THAT THERE EXISTS A POSSIBILITY THAT UNDESIRABLE GENETIC TRAITS MAY BE PASSED ON USING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROCESSES. I FOR ONE, WILL NOT CONSUME SUCH PRODUCTS UNTIL IT CAN BE PROVED TO ME IN LAY TERMS AND CERTIFIED SAFE BY INDEPENDENT (NON-INDUSTRY) RESEARCH GROUPS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN AGENDA TO ADVANCE,RE: CARGILL, MONSANTO, AND THE LIKE. THERE JUST DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE ENOUGH INDEPENDANT STUDY REGARDING THIS ISSUE TO SATISFY MY FAMILY AND MYSELF. IF THE CURRENTLY PROPOSED NON DISCLOSURE POLICIES OF NOT HAVING TO LABLE THESE PRODUCTS GOES INTO EFFECT, WE WILL NOT CONSUME MEATS AT ALL. REGARDS, GEORGE MACLEAN
