| While I have no problem with cloned meat that should not be the direction that we head in. Meat grown directly from stem cells is more ethical and more economic. Animals do not have to live a degrading life. I don't know the number off hand, but I am sure that less then 40% of the energy you put into growing a cow you get in beef and other products. Growing meat directly from stem cells should be safe and economical. Please consider this option while judging on the safety of cloned meat.
